WORLDWIDE ORDERS TAKE 7-21 BUSINESS DAYS AND IN RARE CASES CAN TAKE 30+ BUSINESS DAYS.PLEASE NOTE IN SOME COUNTRIES, CUSTOMS MAY CAUSE AN ADDITIONAL DELAY IN DELIVERY.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TRACKING.

WE NEGOTIATE THE BEST DEALS WITH OUR GLOBAL SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE YOU GET THE BEST DEALS. SOME ORDER MIGHT BE SHIPPED FROM OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER IN HONG KONG OR JAPAN TO ENSURE WE GET THE BEST DEALS AND PASS ON THE SAVINGS STRAIGHT TO YOU.  

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES ARE CHARGED ONCE THE PARCEL REACHES ITS DESTINATION COUNTRY. THESE CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL.

UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES, AND CANNOT DETERMINE WHAT THE COST MIGHT BE, AS CUSTOMS POLICIES AND IMPORT DUTIES VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. WE ADVISE THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT CURRENT CHARGES BEFORE YOU ORDER.

THE CUSTOMER MUST TAKE FULL LIABILITY FOR ANY PARCELS RETURNED TO SAVAGE SUPPLY CO. DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOMS CHARGES OR IGNORED/UNSEEN EMAILS FROM YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE OR CARRIER. POSTAL CHARGES, RETURN SHIPMENT COSTS, CUSTOMS CHARGES AND HANDLING FEES WILL ALL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REFUND, GIFT CARD OR REQUESTED EXCHANGE DUE.

MISSED PARCELS

ANY ITEMS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO RECIPIENT NOT BEING HOME WILL GENERALLY BE RETURNED TO A LOCAL DEPOT AFTER THE SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT, ITEMS NOT COLLECTED FROM THE DEPOT WILL BE RETURNED TO SAVAGE SUPPLY CO, WE WILL THEN ISSUE A REFUND OF GOODS MINUS OUR POSTAL CHARGES AND AN ADMIN FEE FOR RETURNED ITEMS. WE ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO USE AN ADDRESS THAT THEY CAN GUARANTEE SOMEONE BEING THERE TO RECEIVE THE ITEM (HOME OR PLACE OF WORK) AS THEY WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED FOR.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

FOR US DELIVERIES CONTACT THE SELECTED COURIER VIA THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THEIR SHIPPING EMAIL AND USE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. ONCE YOUR PARCEL LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE IT IS THE CARRIERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE TO YOU. WE HAVE VERY LITTLE IF ANY POWER TO INFLUENCE ANY NON-DELIVERED ITEMS. THE CARRIER WILL EXPLAIN THEIR PROCEDURES AS WELL AS ANY COMPENSATION CLAIM PROCESSES. WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO HELP THIS PROCESS ALONG WHEN CONTACTED BY THE CUSTOMER VIA INFO@SAVAGESUPPLYCO.COM

FOR ALL EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, IF YOUR PARCEL IS UNDELIVERED OUTSIDE OF THE ETA TIME PLEASE CONTACT INFO@SAVAGESUPPLYCO.COM PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 DAYS AFTER THE ETA TIME BEFORE REQUESTING ANY FORM OF RE-DELIVERY OR REFUND. SAVAGE SUPPLY CO WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO LOCATE AND UPDATE YOU ON OUR DELIVERY IF NEEDED. 

 

RETURNS | EXCHANGES | REPLACEMENTS 

AT SAVAGE, WE ARE COMMITTED TO ENSURING YOUR SATISFACTION. YOU MAY RETURN YOUR UNUSED ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ITEM'S DELIVERY DATE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THE ITEM MUST BE IN ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION.

SALE/DISCOUNT CODE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

ANY ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH A 3RD PARTY SITE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RETURNS AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POLICY OF THAT SITE.

IF A CUSTOMER SENDS BACK A NON-RETURNABLE ITEM, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES GOING BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

PRODUCTS RETURNED AS DEFECTIVE, BUT WHICH AFTER INSPECTION, ARE FOUND NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% HANDLING CHARGE.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON DAMAGED MERCHANDISE THAT WAS NOT INSPECTED BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF ORIGINAL DELIVERY AND NOT REPORTED OR CLAIMED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. IF A CUSTOMER SIGNS FOR A DELIVERY AND DOES NOT REPORT ANY DAMAGE TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY OR TO US THEN IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY TO RECOUP ANY DAMAGES

THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS GOING BACK TO US.
