We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. 99% of the time orders are shipped immediately or the next working day.

UNITED STATES 

Place your order before 1:00PM New York time, Monday to Thursday using the 'USPS service and you'll receive your order 2-5 working days from dispatch. 

Standard Priority Shipping 2 -5 Days 

REST OF THE WORLD

Place your order before 1:00PM New York time, Monday to Thursday using the 'USPS service and you'll receive your order 7-30 working days from dispatch. 

Please note these delivery times are not guaranteed especially during promotions and around mega-busy periods such as Christmas / New Year.

Basic International Shipping 7-30 Days

Priority International Shipping 5-14 Days

Express International Shipping 3-5 Days

Notice: International customers are responsible for all customs fees on all international orders. Customers may have their products withheld in their local postal office. The customer must pay the international duties before receiving the package, IF international duties apply in your country. Savage Supply Company is not held responsible for these fees.  

 

RETURNS | EXCHANGES | REPLACEMENTS 

At Savage, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. You may return your unused item within 30 days of the item's delivery date for an exchange or refund. The item must be in original, unused condition. 

Sale items are not eligible for return. Original shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement.

Any items purchased through a 3rd party site are not eligible for free returns and are subject to the return policy of that site.

If a customer sends back a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.

Products returned as defective, but which after inspection, are found not to be defective are subject to a 20% handling charge.

We are not able to accept returns on damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer at the time of original delivery and not reported or claimed within 48 hours of receipt. If a customer signs for a delivery and does not report any damage to the shipping company or to us then it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company to recoup any damages

The customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returns, exchanges and replacements going back to us.
